How the extract was made
The extract lists every Open Food Facts product in the app's food library, with every value the app holds for it, exported from the library's database file. It was taken from the Open Food Facts CSV export downloaded on 22 May 2026. Products were kept only if they passed basic completeness and plausibility checks. Yumori cleaned up names, added search metadata, parsed default serving sizes, converted nutrient units and, where the OFF categories name one unambiguously, assigned one of 16 food groups; product names are not translated. The README describes the selection, every change and every column in detail.
